NTA has created a sister organization, Comprehensive Funding Solutions (CFS), that focuses on federal workforce development funding for businesses, training organizations, community colleges/universities, and dislocated workers.

The slow economic recovery within the high-tech manufacturing sector has focused US government attention and resources on programs that create and retain high-skill/high-wage jobs. There are several existing federal government initiatives that will fund high-tech training and career re-training for both existing workers and unemployed individuals.

The Workforce Investment Act (WIA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) are federally funded programs that provide over $15 billion dollars each year for career re-training for workers in every state. In addition, there will be hundreds of millions of dollars awarded this year through a new federal program that connects community colleges with local employers to provide training in high-tech, high-demand occupations.

CFS has the expertise you need to access and manage these programs, whether you are a business, training organization, community college/university or dislocated worker.
